I'm not sure what kind of cheaters you are talking about on the internet, but I totally agree that you cannot run a good website without being nice to people. When SezWho becomes widely used, more commenters would stay on their best behavior.  This will result in  more meaningful, intelligent, and respectful comments.  This also opens up blog networking possibilities.
